JOB DESCRIPTION

• Manage end-to-end recruitment for immigration-related positions (consultants, case managers, legal assistants, counselors, etc.)
• Source candidates through job portals, social media, referrals, and recruitment agencies
• Screen resumes, conduct interviews, and coordinate hiring managers’ assessments
• Coordinate with immigration teams and legal counsel on workforce requirements
• Ensure compliance with local and international immigration and labour laws
• Maintain accurate employee and candidate records related to immigration status
• Assist in onboarding, documentation, and orientation of foreign hires
• Build and maintain a talent pipeline for future immigration staffing needs
• Should be aware of job portals(naukri,indeed LinkedIn)
