Job Title: Talent Acquisition Specialist – US Logistics
Location: Mohali (On-site)
Shift: Night Shift (US Time Zone)

Job Summary:
We are looking for an experienced Talent Acquisition Specialist with a strong background in US Logistics hiring. The ideal candidate should be comfortable working night shifts and have hands-on experience in end-to-end recruitment for US logistics roles.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle end-to-end recruitment for US Logistics positions (Dispatchers, Brokers, Operations, etc.)
• Source candidates through job portals, social media, referrals, and databases
• Screen, shortlist, and schedule interviews with hiring managers
• Coordinate interviews and follow up with candidates
• Manage offer rollouts, negotiations, and onboarding coordination
• Maintain candidate data and recruitment trackers
• Ensure a smooth candidate experience throughout the hiring process

Requirements:

• Experience in US Logistics recruitment is mandatory
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Comfortable working in night shift (US time zone)
• Ability to handle bulk and niche hiring
• Good understanding of recruitment tools and job portals
• Female candidate required

Experience:

• Minimum 1–3 years of relevant recruitment experience
• Prior experience in US staffing/logistics hiring preferred
