Senior Recruitment Executive

We are seeking a motivated and experienced Senior Recruitment Executive to join our team in the food industry. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in recruitment and be passionate about connecting talented individuals with exciting opportunities in the food sector.

Skills and Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
5-10 years of experience in recruitment, preferably within the food industry.
Salary - 50,000 to 60,000 Per month + Food Facility
Strong understanding of recruitment processes and techniques, including sourcing, interviewing, and selection.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage with candidates and hiring managers.
Proficient in using applicant tracking systems and recruitment software to streamline the hiring process.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple recruitment projects simultaneously.

Responsibilities
Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract top talent in the food industry.
Screen resumes and conduct preliminary interviews to evaluate candidates' qualifications and fit for the organization.
Coordinate with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and create job descriptions accordingly.
Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including job postings, sourcing candidates, interview scheduling, and offer negotiations.
Maintain and update the applicant tracking system (ATS) to ensure accurate record-keeping and reporting on recruitment metrics.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
