You will handle end-to-end recruitment for various client requirements, source quality candidates, and help build strong talent pipelines. Job Type: Full-time

Location: Kolkata, West Bengal (Hybrid – work from office + remote options available)

Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹25,000 per month (based on experience and skills) + performance incentives (uncapped earning potential for high achievers)

Key Responsibilities

- Source, screen, and shortlist candidates using job portals, LinkedIn, Naukri, Indeed, social media, and other channels

- Post jobs, manage applications, and maintain candidate databases

- Coordinate interviews between candidates and clients/hiring managers

- Conduct initial candidate screenings via calls and video interviews

- Build and nurture candidate relationships for current and future roles

- Prepare recruitment reports, candidate trackers, and professional presentations (PPT) for clients and internal use

- Create engaging job descriptions, candidate communication templates, and recruitment content

- Meet weekly/monthly hiring targets and contribute to team goals

Requirements

- 2-3 years of experience as a Recruiter, Talent Acquisition Executive, HR Recruiter, or similar role (IT/ITES preferred)

- Excellent fluency in English (spoken and written) – must communicate clearly and professionally with candidates and clients

- Strong ability to create presentations (PowerPoint/Google Slides) and recruitment-related content (JD writing, email templates, etc.)

- Good knowledge of MS Office (especially Excel and PowerPoint)

- Proactive, target-oriented, and comfortable working independently

- Ability to handle high volume of applications and multitask effectively
