HR Recruiter

Job Summary:

We are looking for an energetic and target-driven HR Recruiter with at least 1 year of experience in Mass Hiring / Volume Hiring / Bulk Hiring. The candidate should have hands-on experience in sourcing and closing multiple positions within tight deadlines.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage end-to-end recruitment cycle for bulk hiring requirements.
• Source candidates through job portals, social media, references, and other channels.
• Conduct initial screening and telephonic interviews.
• Coordinate interviews with hiring managers.
• Maintain candidate database and track daily hiring numbers.
• Achieve daily/weekly/monthly hiring targets.
• Ensure smooth onboarding and documentation process.
• Handle high-volume hiring for entry-level / field / sales / BPO roles (if applicable).

Required Skills:

• Minimum 1 year experience in Mass/Volume/Bulk hiring.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet hiring deadlines.
• Familiarity with job portals like Naukri, Indeed, etc.
• Basic knowledge of MS Excel and recruitment MIS.

Preferred Candidate Profile:

• Experience in consultancy or staffing firm preferred.
• Strong follow-up and coordination skills.
• Immediate joiners preferred.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
