HR Recruiter

We are looking for an enthusiastic and self-motivated HR Recruiter to join our Travel company. The candidate will be responsible for hiring candidates for various positions This is a work-from-home opportunity with flexible working options. Internship opportunities are also available.

Key Responsibilities

• Post job openings on job portals and social media
• Screen resumes and shortlist candidates
• Conduct telephonic interviews
• Schedule interviews with management
• Maintain candidate database and hiring records
• Coordinate with the HR team for smooth on boarding

Eligibility Criteria

• Minimum Qualification: 12th Pass / Graduate
• Freshers and experienced both can apply
• Good communication skills in Hindi
• Basic understanding of English
• Basic computer and internet knowledge

Job Types: Fresher, Part-time, Internship
Contract length: 2 months

Pay: ₹9,344.33 - ₹17,592.87 per month

Expected hours: 4 per week
