Job Title: HR Recruiter

Location: Salem,Tamil Nadu

Role Objective

To manage end-to-end recruitment activities including sourcing, screening, coordinating interviews, and onboarding support to ensure timely hiring as per manpower requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

A. Manpower Requirement Coordination

  • Collect manpower requirements from departments
  • Understand job roles and hiring priorities
  • Maintain recruitment plan tracker

B. Candidate Sourcing

  • Identify candidate sources:
  • Local consultancies
  • Job portals
  • Social media hiring
  • Employee referrals
  • Walk-in candidates
  • Post job openings on hiring platforms
  • Build candidate database

C. Screening & Shortlisting

  • Review resumes as per job requirement
  • Conduct telephonic screening
  • Shortlist suitable candidates
  • Schedule interviews with departments

D. Interview Coordination

  • Arrange interview panels and schedules
  • Share candidate profiles with managers
  • Collect interview feedback
  • Track selection status

E. Offer & Onboarding Support

  • Coordinate offer approvals
  • Communicate offer details to candidates
  • Follow up for joining confirmation
  • Support documentation during onboarding

F. Recruitment MIS & Reporting

  • Maintain recruitment tracker
  • Report daily/weekly hiring status
  • Track position closure timelines

KPI (Key Performance Indicators)

  • Time to close positions
  • Number of positions filled vs requirement
  • Quality of hires (retention after joining)
  • Interview-to-selection ratio
  • Offer acceptance rate
  • Recruitment pipeline maintenance

Qualification & Experience

  • Any degree / MBA / MSW (HR preferred)
  • 1–4 years recruitment experience
  • Experience in bulk hiring preferred
