We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven HR Recruiter to manage the full-cycle recruitment process. The ideal candidate will have experience sourcing, screening, and hiring candidates for various IT roles while ensuring a positive candidate experience and alignment with business objectives.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment for IT and technical roles.
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to understand job requirements, team dynamics, and skill expectations.
  • Source candidates through job portals, social media, LinkedIn, employee referrals, and other sourcing channels.
  • Screen resumes and conduct initial HR interviews to assess technical knowledge, communication skills, and cultural fit.
  • Coordinate technical interviews with hiring managers and follow up on feedback.
  • Maintain and update applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment reports.
  • Negotiate salary and employment terms with selected candidates.
  • Ensure timely closure of open positions within defined TAT (Turnaround Time).
  • Build and maintain a strong pipeline of IT talent for current and future hiring needs.
  • Stay updated with IT industry trends, technologies, and market salary benchmarks.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • 1 – 5 years of experience in IT recruitment (experience range can be adjusted).
  • Strong understanding of technical roles such as Developers, QA Engineers, DevOps, Data Engineers, Cloud Engineers, etc.
  • Familiarity with sourcing tools like LinkedIn Recruiter, Naukri, Indeed, or similar platforms.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to handle multiple requirements simultaneously.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
