Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month

We're a growing company in Pune seeking a dynamic HR Recruiter to join our team and drive top talent acquisition.

*Key Responsibilities*

• Source, screen, and interview candidates for various roles using multiple platforms and internal databases.

• Manage end-to-end recruitment process, from job postings to offer letters and onboarding.

• Build talent pipelines, conduct reference checks, and collaborate with hiring managers on requirements.

• Track recruitment metrics (e.g., time-to-hire, source effectiveness) and optimize strategies.

• Ensure compliance with labor laws and promote diversity in hiring.

*Qualifications*

• Male & female candidates.

• Graduate (in any stream).

• Any person with prior experience in HR recruiting will be given priority. (6-12 month's)**
