Job Title: HR Recruiter / Talent Acquisition Executive
Location: Khar West (5 mins away from Khar road station)

Job Summary

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Recruitment HR professional to manage the end-to-end hiring process. The ideal candidate will be responsible for sourcing, screening, interviewing coordination, and onboarding of candidates to meet the organization’s staffing needs.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle full recruitment cycle from requirement to onboarding
• Coordinate with department heads to understand hiring needs
• Draft and post job descriptions on job portals & social platforms
• Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, references, etc.
• Screen resumes and shortlist suitable candidates
• Conduct initial HR interviews/telephonic screenings
• Schedule interviews with hiring managers
• Maintain candidate database and recruitment trackers
• Follow up with candidates throughout the hiring process
• Manage offer roll-out and salary negotiation support
• Handle joining formalities and documentation
• Assist in onboarding of new employees
• Ensure a positive candidate experience

Required Skills

• Proficiency in MS Excel, Word, and email communication
• Familiarity with job portals and LinkedIn hiring

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field
• MBA/PGDM in HR (preferred but not mandatory)

Experience

• 1 years in recruitment / talent acquisition
• Freshers with strong communication skills may also apply (optional — edit as needed)

Working Hours

• Full-time, on-site
• Working days & timings:

Monday- Saturday 10:00-6:30pm

Job Types: Full-time, Fresher, Contractual / Temporary
Contract length: 12 months

Pay: ₹8,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
