About the Role

We are looking for a hands-on HR Recruiter who can manage end-to-end hiring independently. The role focuses on active sourcing, screening, coordination, and closures using Naukri, LinkedIn, and Internshala.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle complete recruitment cycle (sourcing to joining)
• Post jobs on Naukri, LinkedIn, and Internshala
• Search and shortlist profiles from job portals
• Conduct initial HR screening calls
• Coordinate interviews with hiring managers
• Maintain candidate trackers and follow-ups
• Ensure timely closures as per hiring needs

Required Skills

• Experience using Naukri, LinkedIn, and Internshala
• Good communication and calling skills
• Strong screening and shortlisting ability
• Ability to handle multiple roles at the same time
• Organized, proactive, and result-oriented

Preferred Profile

• Experience in intern, fresher, or junior-level hiring
• Background in EdTech / Startup / Agency is a plus
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ₹9,590.97 - ₹20,000.00 per month
