Key Responsibilities:

Talent Sourcing

• Source candidates through job portals, social media, and references
• Screen resumes and shortlist suitable candidates
• Conduct telephonic HR interviews

Interview Coordination

• Schedule interviews with hiring managers
• Maintain regular follow-ups with candidates
• Ensure smooth coordination between candidates and internal teams

Recruitment Reporting

• Maintain recruitment tracker & daily hiring reports
• Meet monthly hiring targets
• Build and maintain a talent pipeline

Candidate Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree/Masters Degree (HR background preferred)
• 1-2 years of experience in recruitment / talent acquisition
• Freshers with strong communication skills can also apply
• Good understanding of job portals (Indeed, Naukri, etc.)
• Target-oriented and self-motivated
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Immediate joiners preferred
