HR Recruiter

The HR Recruiter will be responsible for managing the end-to-end recruitment cycle, including sourcing, screening, coordinating interviews, and onboarding candidates across various departments such as sales, operations, administration, and healthcare roles.

Key Responsibilities

  • Handle end-to-end recruitment process
  • Understand manpower requirements from different departments
  • Draft and post job descriptions on job portals and social media platforms
  • Source candidates through Naukri, Indeed, LinkedIn, references, and other platforms
  • Screen resumes and conduct initial telephonic interviews
  • Schedule and coordinate interviews with hiring managers
  • Maintain recruitment tracker and candidate database
  • Follow up with selected candidates until joining
  • Manage offer letter rollout and documentation process
  • Maintain recruitment MIS and reports
  • Support onboarding and joining formalities
  • Ensure timely closure of open positions

Required Skills

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Good knowledge of recruitment portals and sourcing techniques
  • Ability to handle multiple positions simultaneously
  • Basic understanding of HR processes
  • Good negotiation and convincing skills
  • Proficiency in MS Excel and MS Office

Qualification

  • Graduate / MBA (HR preferred)
  • Certification in HR or Talent Acquisition (optional but preferred)

Experience

  • 1–3 years of experience in recruitment / HR
  • Experience in healthcare, sales, or corporate hiring is an advantage
  • Freshers with strong communication skills may also apply

Work Timings

  • 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM
  • 6 Days Working (as per company policy)

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
