HR Recruiter

Job Summary:

We are seeking a dynamic and result-oriented HR Recruiter to manage end-to-end recruitment for overseas clients. The candidate will be responsible for sourcing, screening, shortlisting, and coordinating candidates for international placements across healthcare, technical, hospitality, construction, and other sectors.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle end-to-end recruitment for overseas job requirements.
• Source candidates through job portals, social media, references, and internal databases.
• Screen CVs and conduct initial telephonic/virtual interviews.
• Coordinate interviews between candidates and foreign clients.
• Verify candidate documents.
• Maintain recruitment trackers and candidate databases..
• Assist in documentation for visa processing and emigration formalities.
• Follow up with candidates until deployment.
• Maintain strong client coordination and ensure timely submission of CVs.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
