Location: Vasai / Goregaon (Mumbai)

Experience: 3-6 Years

We're looking for an HR Recruiter with hands-on experience in electronics manufacturing hiring to manage end-to-end recruitment, from sourcing to onboarding.

What you'll do:

1. Handle complete recruitment lifecycle for electronics manufacturing roles

2. Source, screen, interview, and close positions across technical and plant functions

3. Coordinate closely with hiring managers and candidates

4. Manage offer rollouts, documentation, and onboarding

5. Maintain recruitment trackers and hiring MIS

What we're looking for:

1. 3-6 years of end-to-end recruitment experience

2. Mandatory exposure to electronics manufacturing hiring

3. Strong sourcing and closure skills

4. Experience with job portals and LinkedIn Recruiter

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹500,000.00 - ₹600,000.00 per year
