Job Summary:

We are seeking a dynamic and result-oriented HR Recruiter to manage end-to-end recruitment processes for overseas placements, primarily across GCC countries (UAE, Saudi Arabia, Qatar, Oman, Kuwait, Bahrain). The ideal candidate should have experience in international recruitment, strong sourcing skills, and the ability to handle large volumes of candidates across multiple industries.

Key Responsibilities:

Handle end-to-end recruitment for GCC clients.

Source candidates through job portals, social media, referrals, and database.

Screen and shortlist candidates as per client requirements.

Conduct preliminary interviews and coordinate client interviews.

Manage documentation process including CV formatting and candidate profiling.

Coordinate with candidates regarding interview schedules, trade tests, and updates.

Maintain recruitment tracker and candidate database.

Follow up with selected candidates for documentation and onboarding process.

Ensure compliance with overseas recruitment norms and procedures.

Achieve monthly recruitment targets.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.

Minimum 1–3 years experience in overseas/GCC recruitment (preferred).

Strong understanding of GCC job market and visa processes.

Excellent communication and negotiation skills.

Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.

Proficiency in MS Office and job portals.

Knowledge of bulk hiring and trade recruitment is an added advantage.

Preferred Candidate Profile:

Experience recruiting for sectors like Healthcare, Construction, Oil & Gas, Hospitality, or MEP.

Strong candidate database for GCC countries.

Target-driven and proactive personality.
