We offer a competitive salary range of ₹10,000 - ₹15,000 monthly, along with a supportive work culture that fosters growth and development for our employees.

Responsibilities

• Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, from job posting to candidate onboarding
• Source candidates through various channels, including job boards and social media
• Conduct initial screening and interviews to assess candidate qualifications
• Coordinate interviews with hiring managers and provide timely feedback
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records in the recruitment system
• Collaborate with the HR team to develop recruitment strategies
• Participate in job fairs and recruitment events to promote the company
• Assist in the development of job descriptions and specifications

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
• Basic understanding of recruitment processes and best practices
• Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
• Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment
• Prior internship or experience in HR is a plus (but not required)
