Job Title: Recruiter

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Recruiter to manage end-to-end talent acquisition for our consulting practice. The Recruiter will be responsible for sourcing, attracting, assessing, and hiring top-tier consulting professionals across various domains. This role requires strong stakeholder management, market intelligence, and the ability to hire high-caliber candidates in a fast-paced consulting environment.

Key Responsibilities1. End-to-End Recruitment

• Manage full-cycle recruitment (sourcing to offer closure).
• Partner with consulting leaders to understand hiring needs and role requirements.
• Develop job descriptions and hiring strategies.
• Screen resumes, conduct interviews, and coordinate technical/behavioral rounds.
• Manage offer negotiations and onboarding processes.

2. Talent Sourcing & Pipeline Management

• Source candidates via LinkedIn, job portals, referrals, networking, and industry events.
• Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for consulting roles
• Maintain candidate database and ATS accurately.

3. Stakeholder & Candidate Management

• Act as a trusted advisor to hiring managers.
• Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment lifecycle.
• Provide regular hiring updates and metrics to leadership.

4. Market Intelligence

• Conduct salary benchmarking and competitor mapping (e.g., firms like McKinsey & Company, Boston Consulting Group, Bain & Company, Deloitte).
• Stay updated on consulting industry hiring trends and talent availability.

5. Employer Branding

• Support campus hiring initiatives and lateral hiring campaigns.
• Enhance employer brand presence on social media and professional networks.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
• 0–5 years of recruitment experience (preferably in consulting/professional services).
• Experience hiring for strategy, management consulting, digital consulting, or domain-specific consultants.
• Strong understanding of consulting skillsets and project-based hiring.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.

Job Type: Permanent

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
