Job Title: HR Recruiter

We are looking for a highly motivated and performance-driven HR Recruiter to lead full-cycle hiring for both IT and Non-IT roles. The ideal candidate will possess excellent sourcing expertise, strong stakeholder management skills, and the ability to drive hiring success in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee the complete recruitment process from sourcing to onboarding for IT and Non-IT roles
• Identify and attract top talent through job portals such as Naukri, Shine, LinkedIn, and other digital platforms
• Perform resume screening, candidate evaluation, and preliminary HR interviews
• Collaborate closely with hiring managers to schedule technical interviews and gather structured feedback
• Lead compensation discussions and facilitate smooth onboarding formalities
• Maintain accurate recruitment trackers, candidate records, and hiring reports
• Ensure timely and quality closures in alignment with business requirements and deadlines

Skills & Competencies:

• Strong hands-on experience with sourcing tools, job boards, and professional networking platforms
• Proficiency in MS Excel and recruitment analytics/reporting
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Strong coordination and stakeholder management abilities
• Detail-oriented with solid analytical and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a collaborative team

Qualifications & Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree in any discipline
• Minimum 1+ years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition
• Prior experience managing both IT and Non-IT hiring is preferred
• Strong organizational, multitasking, and time-management capabilities

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Up to ₹300,000.00 per year
