We are looking for a motivated and dynamic HR Recruiter to manage end-to-end recruitment processes. The candidate will be responsible for sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding candidates to meet organizational hiring needs.

Key Responsibilities:

 Handle full-cycle recruitment (sourcing to joining).

 Post job openings on portals like LinkedIn, Naukri, work India etc.

 Screen resumes and shortlist suitable candidates.

 Conduct telephonic and face-to-face interviews.

 Coordinate interview schedules with hiring managers.

 Maintain candidate database and recruitment tracker.

 Follow up with selected candidates for documentation and joining.

 Ensure timely closure of open positions.

Required Skills:

 Good communication and interpersonal skills.

 Basic knowledge of recruitment portals.

 Understanding of HR processes.

 MS Excel and MS Office knowledge.

Qualification:

 MBA / BBA in HR or related field.

 Freshers with good communication skills can apply.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
