*Job Title:* HR Telecaller *Key Responsibilities:* -

v Make outbound calls to potential candidates to explain job openings and assess their suitability.

v Schedule and coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers.

v Maintain and update candidate databases and records.

v Answer queries from job applicants regarding available positions.

v Assist with recruitment drives by contacting shortlisted candidates.

v Follow up with candidates post-interview to update on their application status.

v Provide administrative support to the HR department as needed. ---
