Position Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Non-IT Recruiter to join our talent acquisition team. The Non-IT Recruiter will be responsible for sourcing, attracting, and hiring top talent for non-technical roles across various departments such as Educational sector requirements, HR, Finance, Operations, and more. The ideal candidate will have excellent interpersonal skills, a deep understanding of recruitment processes, and the ability to manage multiple hiring projects effectively.

Key Responsibilities

• Talent Sourcing and Acquisition:
• Develop and execute sourcing strategies to identify and attract top talent for non-technical roles
• Candidate Screening and Assessment:
• Recruitment Process Management:
• Ensure a seamless and positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
• Manage offer negotiations and ensure timely onboarding of selected candidates.
• Continuous Improvement:
• Stay updated on industry trends, recruitment best practices, and employment laws.
• Innovate and implement strategies to improve recruitment efficiency and effectiveness.

Qualifications and Skills

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Proven experience as a recruiter, preferably in non-IT roles.
• Strong knowledge of sourcing techniques and tools.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage multiple roles and prioritize effectively.
• Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment software.
• Strong problem-solving and negotiation skills.
• Knowledge of employment laws and regulations is a plus.
