HR Recruiter

Job Summary:

We are looking for a dynamic and experienced HR Recruiter to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for recruitment and a strong understanding of the education sector. As an HR Recruiter, you will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and selecting candidates for various positions within our organization.

Responsibilities:

• Source candidates through various channels, including job portals, social media, and referrals
• Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews to assess candidate fit
• Coordinate with hiring managers to understand their recruitment needs
• Manage the recruitment process from start to finish, including job postings, interview scheduling, and candidate communication
• Conduct reference checks and negotiate offers with selected candidates
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with candidates and internal stakeholders
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in recruitment
• Drafting and posting job descriptions.

Requirements:

• Masters degree in Human Resources or a related field.
• Must have working knowledge on portals like Naukri.com, Indeed etc.
• Proven 6 months of experience as an HR Recruiter or similar role in Ed-tech.
• Knowledge of recruitment best practices and regulations
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong organizational and time management abilities
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Proficiency in MS Office and recruitment software

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
