We are looking for an HR Recruiter with 1–2 years of experience who can manage end-to-end recruitment for both IT and Non-IT roles, with a strong focus on IT Sales / BDE profiles.

Key Requirements:

  • 1–2 years of experience as an HR Recruiter
  • Proven experience in IT recruitment
  • Hands-on experience hiring BDE / IT Sales profiles
  • Ability to manage end-to-end recruitment:
  • Requirement gathering
  • Sourcing & screening
  • Interview coordination
  • Offer & joining follow-ups
  • Experience using Naukri, LinkedIn, and Indeed for sourcing
  • Familiar with screening technical and sales profiles
  • Good communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Ability to handle multiple positions simultaneously

Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Handle complete recruitment cycle for IT & Non-IT roles
  • Source candidates through job portals, social media, and referrals
  • Screen resumes and conduct initial HR interviews
  • Coordinate interviews with hiring managers
  • Maintain recruitment trackers and MIS reports
  • Follow up with candidates from offer to joining
  • Build and maintain a strong candidate pipeline
  • Ensure timely closure of positions

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
