HR Recruiter

• Sourcing and Talent Acquisition: Utilizing job boards, social media (LinkedIn), and internal referrals to find candidates.
• Screening and Selection: Reviewing resumes, conducting initial phone/video screenings, and evaluating candidate skills and cultural fit.
• Hiring Manager Collaboration: Discussing job requirements, and providing updates on recruitment metrics like time-to-fill.
• Process Management: Managing the ATS, scheduling interviews, and conducting background/reference checks.
• Offer Negotiation: Extending job offers, negotiating compensation, and facilitating the onboarding process.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹17,000.00 per month
