Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Recruitment Specialist to join our HR team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the full recruitment cycle, from sourcing and interviewing candidates to extending job offers. You will play a crucial role in identifying top talent to support the company’s growth and ensuring a smooth and efficient hiring process.

Location: Basaveshwara Nagar

Key Responsibilities:

  • Talent Sourcing: Utilize various sourcing methods, including job boards, social media, and networking, to identify and attract qualified candidates for open positions.
  • Candidate Screening: Conduct initial phone screens and interviews to assess candidates' qualifications, experience, and cultural fit with the company.
  • Job Postings: Write and post job descriptions on various job boards and company websites, ensuring they are accurate and appealing to potential candidates.
  • Interview Coordination: Schedule and coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers, providing timely feedback to both parties.
  • Candidate Relationship Management: Build and maintain relationships with candidates throughout the recruitment process, ensuring a positive candidate experience.
  • Offer Management: Prepare and extend job offers to selected candidates, negotiating terms and managing the onboarding process.
  • Employer Branding: Assist in promoting the company’s employer brand by participating in job fairs, networking events, and online campaigns.
  • Recruitment Metrics: Track and analyze recruitment metrics, providing regular reports to management on the effectiveness of recruitment efforts and strategies.
  • Compliance: Ensure all recruitment activities comply with company policies, legal regulations, and ethical standards.
  • Continuous Improvement: Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in recruitment, continuously seeking ways to improve the recruitment process.

Skills & Qualifications:

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Experience: 1-2 years of experience in recruitment, preferably within the real estate or related industry.
  • Recruitment Skills: Strong understanding of the full recruitment lifecycle and best practices in talent acquisition.
  • Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to engage and influence candidates and hiring managers.
  • Organizational Skills: Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple open positions simultaneously.
  • Interpersonal Skills: Ability to build and maintain relationships with candidates, hiring managers, and external partners.
  • Problem-Solving: Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and resolve recruitment challenges effectively.
  • Technical Proficiency: Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment software.
  • Attention to Detail: High level of attention to detail and accuracy in managing recruitment records and documentation.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in recruiting for real estate or property management roles.
  • Knowledge of local labor market trends and hiring practices.
  • Certification in Recruitment or Talent Acquisition.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
