Key Responsibilities:

Handle end-to-end recruitment for technical & non-technical roles.

Source candidates through job portals, social media & referrals.

Screen, shortlist, and schedule interviews.

Coordinate with hiring managers for requirements & updates.

Maintain candidate database and recruitment trackers.

Ensure smooth onboarding of selected candidates.

Requirements:

10+2

Good communication & interpersonal skills.

Ability to manage multiple positions simultaneously.

Knowledge of MS Office & recruitment tools.
