HR Recruiter-Credit Card Sales

We are looking for an experienced and motivated HR Recruiter to handle end-to-end recruitment for our Credit Card Sales division. The ideal candidate will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and hiring qualified candidates to meet the company’s sales staffing needs.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage the full recruitment cycle for credit card sales positions.
• Source candidates through job portals, social media, and referrals.
• Conduct initial screening and shortlisting of suitable candidates.
• Coordinate and schedule interviews with the sales and HR teams.
• Maintain candidate databases and recruitment reports.
• Ensure all new hires meet company and compliance requirements.
• Support onboarding and documentation processes for selected candidates.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with hiring managers and external partners.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 1–3 years of experience in recruitment, preferably in sales or financial services.
• Strong knowledge of credit card sales hiring and local labour laws (UAE experience preferred).
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.

Pay: AED3,000.00 - AED5,000.00 per month
