Job Description – HR Generalist – Night Shift (Core Recruitment Role)

Location: Indore (Work from Office)

Shift Timing: 3:00 PM – 12:00 AM

Experience: Minimum 2 Years

Salary: ₹18,000 – ₹22,000 per month (Based on experience & performance)

About the Role:

Intellgus is looking for a proactive and dedicated HR Generalist with hands-on expertise in core recruitment and HR operations. The ideal candidate should be confident in handling end-to-end hiring, onboarding, and employee engagement activities, while supporting day-to-day HR functions in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage end-to-end recruitment – sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
• Coordinate with department heads to close positions within defined timelines.
• Handle job postings, offer rollouts, and candidate coordination.
• Maintain recruitment trackers, employee data, and HR documentation.
• Support employee engagement, attendance tracking, and performance monitoring.
• Assist in implementing HR processes and maintaining compliance records.

Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years of experience in core recruitment / HR generalist role.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficient in sourcing, coordination, and documentation.
• Basic knowledge of HR operations and employee management.
• Skilled in MS Excel, Google Sheets, and job portals (LinkedIn, Naukri, etc.).
• Comfortable working in the Night Shift (3 PM – 12 AM).
