HR Recruiter (Fresher)

Job Description:

We are looking for a dynamic HR Recruiter to manage the end-to-end recruitment process. The ideal candidate will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and shortlisting candidates across various roles to support business needs.

Key Responsibilities:

• Source candidates through job portals, social media, and referrals
• Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews
• Coordinate interviews with hiring managers
• Maintain candidate databases and recruitment reports
• Ensure a smooth onboarding process

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in HR or a related field
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Familiarity with job portals and recruitment tools
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹12,000.00 per month
