Job Description

What You’ll Do

• Source and screen candidates from LinkedIn, job portals, referrals
• Post job ads and write clear, attractive job descriptions
• Coordinate interview schedules and communicate updates to candidates
• Manage and update candidate data and recruitment trackers (ATS)
• Support background/reference checks and onboarding documentation
• Assist with employer branding, campus outreach, and HR initiatives

Who Can Apply

• Fresher or up to 6 months recruitment experience
• Pursuing or graduate in HR, BBA, Psychology, or related field
• Excellent communication, organization, and multitasking skills
• Proficient in MS Office; familiarity with LinkedIn/ATS tools preferred
• Eager to learn and thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
