Key Responsibilities:

  • Talent Acquisition:
  • Assist in identifying and sourcing potential candidates through job portals, social media, and other recruitment channels.
  • Screen resumes to shortlist candidates based on job requirements.
  • Coordination:
  • Schedule and coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
  • Maintain regular communication with shortlisted candidates to ensure a smooth recruitment process.
  • Documentation and Reporting:
  • Prepare and update job descriptions and recruitment-related documents.
  • Maintain and update candidate records in the applicant tracking system (ATS).
  • Employee Branding:
  • Assist in building and promoting the organization’s employer brand on various platforms.
  • Create engaging content for recruitment campaigns to attract top talent.
  • Process Improvement:
  • Provide suggestions for enhancing the recruitment process based on observations and trends.
  • Stay updated with current recruitment trends and best practices.
  • Administrative Support:
  • Support the HR team with general administrative tasks, such as preparing reports and coordinating recruitment drives.
  • Assist with organizing campus recruitment and other hiring events.

Requirements:

  • Educational Background: Pursuing or recently completed a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and familiarity with applicant tracking systems (preferred).
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work in a fast-paced environment.
  • A keen interest in recruitment and talent acquisition.

Job Types: Full-time, Internship
Contract length: 6 months

Pay: ₹8,086.00 - ₹10,013.12 per month
