What You’ll Do

As our HR Recruiter – IT Hiring Specialist, you’ll be the architect of our tech team. Your mission is to bring in the brightest minds who can build scalable systems, secure infrastructure, and next-gen payment solutions.

  • Own the end-to-end recruitment cycle for IT/Tech roles.
  • Partner with hiring managers and leadership to define what “great talent” looks like at Paywize.
  • Source smartly — from LinkedIn hunts to tapping hidden talent pools.
  • Craft memorable candidate experiences (interviews that feel like conversations, not interrogations).
  • Evaluate not just skills, but also culture fit, hustle, and Paywize DNA.
  • Handle offers and onboarding with care — we want every new hire to feel it’s their best career move.
  • Keep our hiring dashboards clean, real-time, and insightful.
  • Stay ahead of IT hiring trends, because fintech moves fast.

What We’re Looking For

  • 1–2 years of IT recruitment experience, ideally with consultancy + corporate exposure.
  • Hands-on hiring for roles like Software Developers, DevOps, Cloud Engineers, Data Analysts.
  • Proven track record of closing niche technical roles independently.
  • Excellent communication & negotiation skills.
  • Skilled with Naukri, LinkedIn Recruiter, ATS platforms, and other hiring tools.
  • A self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced, startup-like culture.
