HR Recruiter (Male)

Job Summary:

The HR Recruiter is responsible for managing the full-cycle recruitment process — from identifying hiring needs to onboarding new employees. This role focuses on sourcing, attracting, and hiring top talent while ensuring a positive candidate experience and alignment with the company’s culture and goals.

Key Responsibilities:

• Partner with department managers to determine staffing needs and develop job descriptions.
• Post job openings on various job boards, social media platforms, and the company website.
• Source candidates through databases, networking, social media, and employee referrals.
• Screen resumes, conduct initial phone interviews, and coordinate in-person or virtual interviews.
• Manage candidate communications and ensure a positive recruitment experience.
• Collaborate with hiring managers to make final hiring decisions and extend job offers.
• Maintain applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment reports.
• Participate in employer branding initiatives and recruitment events such as job fairs and campus drives.
• Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies throughout the hiring process.
• Support onboarding and orientation of new hires as needed.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and HR databases.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Knowledge of employment laws and best practices in recruitment.

Working Conditions:

• Full-time position with standard office hours.
• Some travel may be required for recruitment events or campus hiring.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹12,000.00 per month
