HR Recruiter - Male

1. Should be Graduation in any stream OR HR Experience

2. Knowledge of HR Rules & Regulations

3. Knowledge of Candidate selection process

4. Knowledge of Interview process (Vendor Round)

5. Knowledge of On boarding process.

6. Knowledge of Employee engagement process (Day to day Visiting at various sites/location)

7. Coordination with employees & our Customer

8. Solving of Employees Problems – PF/ESIC/Mediclaim & others issue raised by customer

9. Maintaining Data of each & every employees (Employees Details Tracker)

10. Maintain PPE Kit data with employees signature

11. Knowledge of employee Exit Process

12. Knowledge of Invoices process with our customer

13. Preparation of Invoice Tracker

14. Taking follow up of Payment with site HR

15. Attending Vendor QBR Meeting

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
