ABS International is hiring an HR Recruiter. We deliberately hire former Call Center Agents because you have the confidence to talk to anyone, and you know exactly what "Good English" sounds like. We will teach you the rest (Sourcing, Interviewing, Corporate HR).

The "Executive Upgrade" Deal:

• Salary: PKR 40,000 - 60,000 (Fixed Base / Dependent on Experience).

Your Mission:

• Headhunt: Use LinkedIn and Indeed to find top talent for our US Campaigns.
• Screen: Conduct initial phone interviews. (Your ear for "Neutral Accents" is your superpower).
• Coordinate: Manage the interview pipeline for US Management.

• The Switcher: You have 6+ Months of International Sales/CSR experience.
• The Communicator: You speak Flawless, Neutral English.
