Role: Recruiter

Key Responsibilities:

• End-to-end recruitment: sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding candidates
• Collaborating with hiring managers to understand job requirements
• Using various platforms and strategies to attract top talent
• Maintaining a pipeline of qualified candidates
• Providing a high-quality candidate experience

Requirements:

• 1–3 years of experience in recruitment (KPO/BPO/Healthcare experience preferred)
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to manage multiple roles and priorities
• Strong knowledge of recruitment tools and platforms
