HR Recruiter (Real Estate)

• Experience in HR recruitment or talent acquisition.
• Strong written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.
• Proficiency with recruitment tools, such as ATS and LinkedIn Recruiter.
• Knowledge of sourcing techniques and job market trends.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and meet deadlines.
• Understanding of relevant labor laws and compliance is often required.
