Key Responsibilities
- Handle the complete recruitment process for assigned positions, from receiving manpower requirements to final candidate selection.
- Source suitable candidates for construction, engineering, site, and office roles using job portals, social media platforms (LinkedIn, etc.), internal databases, and employee referrals.
- Review and screen resumes to ensure candidates meet job requirements and company standards.
- Conduct initial telephone or face-to-face interviews to assess candidates’ skills, experience, and suitability for the role.
- Coordinate and schedule interviews between shortlisted candidates and hiring managers or project teams.
- Follow up with candidates and hiring managers to ensure timely feedback and smooth recruitment progress.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) or recruitment database.
- Ensure all recruitment activities comply with company policies, procedures, and labor regulations.
- Assist in preparing job descriptions, interview reports, and recruitment status updates.
- Support employer branding activities such as job postings, recruitment campaigns, and career events.
Required Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 2–3 years of experience in recruitment or HR, preferably within a construction or engineering company.
- Experience in hiring technical, site-based, and support staff is an advantage.
