We are seeking a dedicated Recruiter to join our team in Bahrain. This role is ideal for candidates, who are passionate about identifying, attracting, and hiring top talent across various functions. You will also support HR operations by assisting employees and internal stakeholders, ensuring a smooth and positive experience throughout the employee lifecycle.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment across multiple departments, ensuring timely and quality hiring.
  • Source, screen, and interview candidates through job portals, referrals, social media, and professional networks.
  • Plan and coordinate recruitment drives, walk-in interviews, and mass-hiring initiatives.
  • Collaborate closely with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and define role requirements.
  • Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs.
  • Conduct reference checks, support offer negotiations, and manage onboarding for selected candidates.
  • Assist in HR administrative tasks and contribute to employee engagement initiatives.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Minimum 3+ years of experience in recruitment or hiring-related roles.
  • Strong knowledge of sourcing tools, social media recruiting, and modern hiring platforms.
  • High standards of professionalism, integrity, and confidentiality.
  • Self-motivated, proactive, and capable of working independently and in a team.
  • Proficiency in English and Arabic (spoken and written) is required.
