Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the full recruitment cycle from sourcing to onboarding.
  • Post job ads on various job portals and social media platforms.
  • Screen resumes and shortlist qualified candidates.
  • Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers.
  • Conduct initial interviews and reference checks.
  • Maintain and update candidate databases.
  • Prepare offer letters and assist in onboarding new employees.
  • Support other HR functions when required.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Minimum 2–3 years of recruitment experience, preferably in a contracting or construction company.
  • Strong communication and organizational skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and online recruitment tools (Indeed, LinkedIn, etc.).
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From AED3,000.00 per month
