Role Description

This is role for a Junior Recruiter at Talant Cubicle. The candidates will be responsible for supporting HR management, implementing HR policies, managing employee benefits, and assisting with personnel management. This is an on-site position located in Kolkata.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of employee benefits administration
• Personnel management skills
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Enrollment in or completion of a degree program in Human Resources or related field

Salary - 10000

Work time - 10:30 am to 6:00 pm (Monday to Saturday)

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹10,000.00 per month
