HR Recruiter (Work from Home)/Female

Looking for Female Experienced Graduates in Recruitment for HR Recruiter Position- with excellent English communication - Work from Home -Immediate Joiners.

Qualification: Only Graduate

Location: Remote

Salary: 10000 to 15000 + Incentive

Mandatory :-

Language - English and Hindi

Laptop, Android phone and Broadband.

Female Candidates Only

Role & responsibilities :-

• Upgrade your skills by working on end-to-end recruitment.
• 100-150 calls have to do on a daily basis
• Able to work under Target and pressure
• Sourcing Candidates from various Job portals like Naukri / Linkedin.
• Screening the candidate's resumes and contacting relevant candidates.
• Arranging interviews for selected candidates with the chosen company.

Requirements

1. Must be a Graduate along with recruitment experience.

2. Need to have excellent communication skill.

3. Must have knowledge of screening and sourcing.

4. Must have a laptop & WiFi connection & Power Backup

5. Must be comfortable with Targets.

Required Skills: end to end recruitment, team management, client coordination, recruitment,

Shift timing 10am to 7pm.
