Job Description – HR Recruiter/Operations
(Blue-Collar + White-Collar)

We are a leading F&B company with over 33+ outlets across Bengaluru and a strong workforce of more than 850+ employees. To strengthen our HR function, we are seeking a dynamic HR Recruiter with expertise in HR Operations—someone who can effectively manage both blue-collar/white-collar recruitment, as well as core HR operational processes.

Role Summary

This role is a blend of recruitment and HR operations. The candidate will be responsible for end-to-end recruitment (including field hiring drives) and will also manage payroll, compliance, and employee lifecycle processes.

Key Responsibilities

Recruitment & Talent Acquisition

  • Handle end-to-end recruitment for blue-collar (service crew, kitchen staff, delivery, housekeeping, drivers) and white-collar roles (executives, supervisors, managers).
  • Conduct field recruitment drives in local markets, training institutes, and colleges.
  • Source candidates via job portals, referrals, social media, and consultancies.
  • Build manpower pipelines to meet restaurant staffing needs.
  • Manage recruitment reports and dashboards (Excel/Google Sheets).

HR Operations & Employee Lifecycle

  • Manage employee joining formalities, documentation, and induction.
  • Handle payroll preparation, salary disbursement, and increments.
  • Oversee attendance and leave management through HRMS (GreytHR preferred).
  • Ensure smooth exit formalities and clearance.
  • Support statutory compliance (PF, ESI, labour law requirements).
  • Assist with appraisals and HR policy implementation.

Candidate Profile

  • Experience: 2–3 years in HR, with a strong focus on blue-collar recruitment and exposure to HR operations.
  • Education: Graduate / MBA in HR or Business Administration.
  • Skills:
  • Proven track record in field hiring & mass recruitment.
  • Ability to handle both frontline & corporate hiring.
  • Proficiency in HRMS (GreytHR preferred).
  • Strong knowledge of Excel/Google Sheets (basic formulas).
  • Excellent communication skills in English, Hindi & Kannada.
  • Other: Male candidates preferred; must have own vehicle for field recruitment travel.

Job Details

  • Location: Head Office, Domlur, Bengaluru
  • Work Days: Monday – Saturday
  • Timings: 10:00 AM – 6:30 PM
  • Compensation: ₹2 – 3 LPA (based on experience)
