Job Title: HR Recruiter

Job Summary

We are seeking a motivated and experienced HR Recruiter to join our Syrian Restaurant Group. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the full recruitment cycle for restaurant operations, including kitchen staff, service crew, supervisors, and administrative positions, ensuring the hiring of qualified candidates who align with our brand culture and operational needs.

Key Responsibilities:

· Manage end-to-end recruitment for restaurant positions (Chefs, Cooks, Waiters, Cashiers, Supervisors, Drivers, etc.).

· Coordinate manpower requirements with restaurant managers and operations team.

· Source candidates through job portals, social media, referrals, and local recruitment channels.

· Screen CVs, conduct initial interviews, and shortlist suitable candidates.

· Arrange and coordinate interviews with hiring managers.

· Handle offer letters, employment contracts, and onboarding procedures.

· Coordinate with PRO / Admin team regarding visa processing, medicals, and labor approvals.

· Maintain and update recruitment databases and employee records.

· Ensure recruitment processes comply with UAE labor laws and company policies.

· Support HR team with manpower planning and workforce reporting.

· Assist in employee orientation and probation follow-up.

Requirements & Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
• Minimum 2–4 years of recruitment experience, preferably in restaurant or hospitality industry.
• Strong understanding of restaurant operations and manpower needs.
• Familiarity with UAE labor law, visas, and hiring procedures.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet urgent hiring deadlines.
• Proficiency in MS Office and recruitment platforms.
• Arabic and English proficiency is mandatory.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED5,000.00 - AED9,000.00 per month
