Role Overview

We are looking for a proactive and results-driven Recruiter to manage the end-to-end recruitment process. The ideal candidate will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and hiring qualified candidates while ensuring a smooth and positive candidate experience.

Key Responsibilities

  • Handle full-cycle recruitment from job posting to onboarding
  • Source candidates through job portals, social media, referrals, and databases
  • Screen resumes and conduct initial candidate interviews
  • Coordinate interviews with hiring managers
  • Manage offer letters, documentation, and joining formalities
  • Maintain recruitment records and applicant tracking systems
  • Build and maintain talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in HR, Business Administration, or related field
  • Proven experience as a Recruiter or HR Executive (preferred)
  • Knowledge of recruitment tools, job portals, and sourcing techniques
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to manage multiple positions and meet hiring timelines
  • Proficient in MS Word, MS Excel, and basic reporting
