Position Title: HR Recruitment Associate (Entry Level)

Location: College Road, Township, Lahore
Shift: Night Shift (6:00 PM – 3:00 AM PKT)
Employment Type: Full-time | On-site

About the Role

WADIC is looking for an enthusiastic and organized HR Recruitment Associate to join our Human Resources team. This role is perfect for individuals looking to build a strong foundation in HR and recruitment. You’ll be involved in the complete hiring process — from sourcing potential candidates to assisting with onboarding new hires. Candidates with prior experience in recruitment, especially in IT or technical roles, will be preferred. However, motivated fresh graduates eager to learn and grow in a fast-paced environment are also highly encouraged to apply.

Key Responsibilities

  • Source and attract qualified candidates for both technical and non-technical positions using online job portals, LinkedIn, and other professional channels.
  • Review resumes and shortlist candidates based on their skills, experience, and job requirements.
  • Conduct initial screening interviews to evaluate candidate suitability and cultural fit.
  • Collaborate closely with hiring managers to understand job expectations and team requirements.
  • Schedule and coordinate interviews between candidates and internal stakeholders, ensuring smooth communication.
  • Maintain a positive candidate experience through timely feedback and clear updates throughout the recruitment process.
  • Assist with preparing offer letters and managing pre-employment formalities.
  • Keep recruitment data and candidate profiles accurately updated in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) or HR database.

Qualifications and Skills

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
  • 6 months to 1 year of experience in recruitment (technical or non-technical) is preferred.
  • Fresh graduates with strong communication and organizational skills are encouraged to apply.
  • Excellent interpersonal and relationship-building abilities.
  • Knowledge of recruitment tools, sourcing techniques, and hiring best practices.
  • Ability to interpret job descriptions and identify suitable candidates aligned with role and company culture.
