Maintain up-to-date knowledge of Qatar Labour Law, HR policies, and reporting requirements.
Support recruitment activities: job postings, CV screening, interview coordination, and preparing job offers.
Administer onboarding processes, employee orientation, and maintain accurate HR records.
Manage HR databases, personnel files, and ensure all documents are scanned, organized, and compliant with internal procedures.
Handle employee inquiries related to policies, programs, and benefits.
Support performance review administration and employee relations matters.
Prepare HR reports (weekly, monthly, year-end) including hires, terminations, and transfers.
Assist payroll with file preparation, labeling, and document organization.
Draft letters, memos, forms, and Excel reports as required.
Ensure accuracy and cross-checking of system records.
Support HR Officers with general office tasks and maintain effective communication with staff at all levels.
Perform other HR-related duties as assigned.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or a related field.
Minimum 3 years of experience as an HR Generalist or in a similar HR coordination role.
Strong computer competency and advanced proficiency in MS Office.
Strong English communication skills (Arabic is an advantage).
Solid understanding of HR processes, documentation, and compliance.
High attention to detail, professionalism, and ability to manage confidential information.
Work Environment
Office-based role at the HELM Holding main office.
Normal physical effort with occasional pressure to meet deadlines.
