Key Responsibilities

  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of Qatar Labour Law, HR policies, and reporting requirements.
  • Support recruitment activities: job postings, CV screening, interview coordination, and preparing job offers.
  • Administer onboarding processes, employee orientation, and maintain accurate HR records.
  • Manage HR databases, personnel files, and ensure all documents are scanned, organized, and compliant with internal procedures.
  • Handle employee inquiries related to policies, programs, and benefits.
  • Support performance review administration and employee relations matters.
  • Prepare HR reports (weekly, monthly, year-end) including hires, terminations, and transfers.
  • Assist payroll with file preparation, labeling, and document organization.
  • Draft letters, memos, forms, and Excel reports as required.
  • Ensure accuracy and cross-checking of system records.
  • Support HR Officers with general office tasks and maintain effective communication with staff at all levels.
  • Perform other HR-related duties as assigned.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or a related field.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience as an HR Generalist or in a similar HR coordination role.
  • Strong computer competency and advanced proficiency in MS Office.
  • Strong English communication skills (Arabic is an advantage).
  • Solid understanding of HR processes, documentation, and compliance.
  • High attention to detail, professionalism, and ability to manage confidential information.

Work Environment

  • Office-based role at the HELM Holding main office.
  • Normal physical effort with occasional pressure to meet deadlines.
