HR Recruitment Executive

Key Responsibilities

  • Understand hiring requirements from department heads and prepare job descriptions.
  • Source and attract candidates through job portals, social media, referrals, and professional networks.
  • Screen resumes, conduct initial interviews, and shortlist candidates.
  • Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers.
  • Manage end-to-end recruitment cycle: sourcing, interviewing, offer negotiation, and onboarding.
  • Maintain a database of potential candidates and track recruitment metrics.
  • Ensure a smooth candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
  • Collaborate with HR team members for employer branding initiatives.
  • Stay updated with industry trends, best hiring practices, and recruitment tools.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Proven work experience as an HR Recruiter or in a similar role.
  • Familiarity with HR databases, Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), and sourcing tools.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple positions simultaneously and meet deadlines.
  • Positive attitude, team player, and result-oriented approach.
