Core responsibilities

  • Talent acquisition: Source, attract, and identify qualified candidates for open positions using various channels like job boards, social media, and networking events.
  • Screening and selection: Review resumes, conduct initial interviews, and assess candidates' skills, experience, and cultural fit.
  • Hiring process management: Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and coordinate the interview process.
  • Offer and onboarding: Extend job offers, negotiate compensation packages, and assist with the onboarding process for new hires.
  • Record keeping: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all recruitment activities using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).
  • Strategy and reporting: Develop recruitment strategies, stay updated on hiring trends, and monitor key HR metrics like time-to-fill.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
